• Camera, photo, microphone, and file data only when the user attaches images, captures photos, records audio, or uploads files inside the app.
• Push notification tokens and device identifiers required to deliver notifications.
• Activity logs such as login, failed login, add, edit, delete, activation, archive, and other administrative actions, including IP address and time.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with authorized company staff, authorized agents, service providers needed to operate the app, or when required by law. Push notifications may be processed through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Maps may use Google Maps services when map features are used.

We use access controls, permissions, authentication, action logs, and server-side protections to help protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to limit access to authorized users only.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep operational records as long as needed for service operation, accounting, audit, security, support, or legal purposes. Authorized users may request correction or deletion of data where deletion is permitted and does not conflict with business, accounting, security, or legal obligations.

User Choices and Permissions

Users can control device permissions such as notifications, camera, microphone, photos, and location through Android settings. Some app features may not work correctly if required permissions are disabled.

The app is intended for authorized business users and company agents. It is not intended for children.
